| Camp Director |
Responsible for all aspects of camp. Trains and supervises all staff. Organizes and schedules camp sessions. Plans camp programs and monitors camp progress. Acts as principal contact for camp operations. Communicates with parents and children year-round. Standard Minimum Requirements: Several years camp staff experience, preferably in assistant director, program director or business manager roles. Strong leadership skills and exceptional communication ability. |
| Assistant Director |
Responsible for assisting the camp director in all aspects of camp. Aids in training and supervising staff. Assists in camp planning and program execution. Completes projects assigned by camp director. Standard Minimum Requirements: Previous camp staff experience in increasingly responsible positions. |
| Activity Director |
Provides instruction to camp participants for the indicated activity or subject. Teaches the associated knowledge and skills and assists campers in achieving activity or lesson goals. Standard Minimum Requirements: Prior teaching experience preferred. Experience in activity preferred. Must enjoy working with children/teens. Listed position may require professional certification, license or experience. |
| Life Skills Trainer |
Responsible for preparing appropriate information to discuss with the campers to encourage and promote good citizenship, ethics, hygiene, managing relationships, communication, and any other information that will be helpful in the campers personal growth and development. |
| Lead Counselors |
responsible for assisting the Activity Coordinator with leading, developing, planning, preparing, supervising, general program operations and instruction. All camp staff will act as role models for the participants and help to encourage participation and cooperation during all activities. If necessary, counselors will help to counsel participants through social and behavioral concerns. It is also the responsibility of the counselor to make sure that the individual needs and interests of the children are met for their health and safety. |
